The contact form records the name, email address, organisation and message you submit so RnD Labs can respond and manage the enquiry. Do not include passwords, bank statements, financial records or other sensitive documents in the message.
Bank Statement Converter pilots
The public website does not accept bank statement uploads. Before a controlled pilot, we agree the purpose, sample size, transfer method, access, retention and deletion expectations. Synthetic examples are preferred during early demonstrations.
Client portal
The private portal is restricted to authorised users. Project releases, feedback and approvals are visible according to organisation and project membership.
Practical safeguards
- Collect the smallest useful data set.
- Keep secrets and client files out of source control.
- Restrict access to the people working on the agreed task.
- Document retention and deletion for sensitive pilot material.
